By accessing this website or engaging ADORK for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

ADORK provides custom software development, AI agents and automation, computer vision solutions, managed hosting and infrastructure, and internal tooling / CRM development. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between ADORK and the client.

Clients agree to provide timely access to information, assets, credentials, and feedback reasonably required for ADORK to deliver services. Delays in client responsiveness may affect project timelines.

Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and method, are agreed upon per engagement and documented in the relevant proposal or contract. This website does not list pricing, as every engagement is scoped individually.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, and related assets built specifically for a client) transfers to the client upon full payment. ADORK retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or internal utilities used to deliver the work.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or client information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

For managed hosting and infrastructure services, specific uptime commitments and support scope are defined in the applicable service agreement. ADORK will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and promptly address incidents.

To the extent permitted by law, ADORK's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. ADORK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice terms defined in the relevant agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
